When Biden tried to impose nationwide vaccine mandates on private businesses, Chris immediately fought back and won. Chris is pro-vaccine personally, but he knew it was unconstitutional for the president to turn private companies into the “health police” against their employees. The U.S. Supreme Court agreed with Chris and blocked the mandate. Chris is also fighting Biden’s vaccine mandate on federal contractors as well as Biden’s vaccine and mask mandate on teachers and toddlers in the Head Start program. Federal courts have temporarily blocked both of those mandates.
In addition, Chris has sued to stop the Biden mask mandates for passengers on airplanes, trains, buses and ships because it is long past time for these overburdensome mandates to go.
